A BURGLARY occurred at a workshop on Mill Road, Cheadle between 11pm on Tuesday, January 14, and 7.30am on Wednesday, January 15, where offenders have broken in through the roof and stole £350 of copper piping.

The public are encouraged to report any suspicious activity they may have seen to PC 5242 Dave Stubbs on 101 quoting ref VDU 204 of 15/01/2014.

OVERNIGHT on January 10 and 11 a window was smashed at the Tudor House Tea Rooms, High Street, Cheadle, by an unknown offender.

AT 9pm on January 9 Cheltenham Drive, Cheadle, a Orange Mitsubishi Colt vehicle parked in the street had its driver's window smashed and wheelie bins placed on top of it.

Any witnesses are encouraged to come forward by phone Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting ref VDU 635 of 09/01/14.

AT approximately 8.30pm on Wednesday, January 15, a fail to stop road traffic collision occurred whereby a Red Ford KA was struck head on by another vehicle outside the Lamplighter Public House in Tape Street, Cheadle

The offending vehicle drove off down Ashbourne Road without stopping.

Witnesses are asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting ref 627 of 15/01/14.

OVERNIGHT January 14 and 15 a Black Vauxhall Insignia was broken into on Scarratt Drive, Forsbrook, and TomTom Sat Nav stolen by unknown persons.

PC Dave Stubbs from Cheadle Police is asking for witnesses who may have seen or heard anything suspicious to please come forward.

Witness can contact him by calling 101 and quoting VDU 398 of 15/01/2014.

RESIDENTS are being advised to keep an eye on their wheelie bin, after police reported that there has been a spate of wheelie bin thefts from the Cheadle, Tean and Werrington areas over last couple of months.
