The latest court cases to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

Daniel Kenneth Standell, of 24 Field Street, Leek, aged 20, has been charged with stealing three joints of beef in Stoke-on-Trent on November 2 and failing to attend a drug dependency assessment on November 7 in Stoke-on-Trent.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest without bail. Daniel Harrison, of The Blue Mugge, 17 Osborne Street, Leek, aged 18, has been charged with failing to comply to a direction given by a police officer in Hanley on November 12. The case has been adjourned until December 24 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Steven Harold Bould, of 54 Wardle Crescent, Leek, aged 24, has been charged with destroying a window belonging to All Saints Church in Leek on September 12 and failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody having been released on bail at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme on November 18. He has been remanded on unconditional bail until January 8 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Jason Bateman, of 30 Whitfield Street, Leek, aged 26, has been charged with two counts of assault in Leek on November 9 and another on November 10. He pleaded guilty and has been fined £70 and ordered to pay total compensation of £60, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20. The case of Mark Edward Salt, of Flat 6, Sheepmarket, Leek, aged 36, who was charged with being drunk and disorderly in Market Place, Leek, on October 26 has been discontinued. Adam John Ollier, of 96 Windsor Drive, Leek, aged 20, has been charged with assault in Leek on October 30. He pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to attend appointments with the responsible officer where and when directed for 12 months and to carry out 80 hours supervised unpaid work within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs. Sara Ami Salt, of 10 Princess Avenue, Leek, aged 28, has been charged with assault in Leek on October 30. She pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to attend appointments with the responsible officer where and when directed for nine months and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs. Jamie Scott Dunn-Fox, of Apartment 8, Salisbury House, Salisbury Street, leek, aged 27, has been charged with threatening that damage would be done by fire to a van belonging to another person in Leek between October 10 and October 25 and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to another person on November 25 in Leek. He pleaded not guilty and has been remanded on conditional bail until February 12 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

He has also been charged with breaking a bail condition in Leek on December 2 which he admits and has been re-admitted to conditional bail. Kevin Flett, of 44 Thorncliffe Drive, Leek, aged 42, has been charged with assaulting a police officer in Leek on October 9 and assault in Leek on October 10. He pleaded guilty to both charges and has been given a community order to participate in a Low Intensity Alcohol Programme for 60 days and to attend appointments with the responsible officer where and when directed for 18 months and to carry out 180 hours of supervised unpaid work within the next 12 months. He has also been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs. Sandra Bould, of 33 Queens Drive, Leek, aged 28, has been charged with harassment between April 12 and May 8 in Leek. She pleaded guilty and has been remanded on conditional bail until January 9 when she is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
