Ben Gingell-Webb, of Flat 1, Market Place, Leek, aged 25, has been charged with being in possession of a bladed weapon in Springfield Court, Leek, on October 12. He pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to participate in Victim Awareness workbook for 365 days, attend appointments with the Responsible Officer where and when directed for 12 months and to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. Kevin Rowe, of 20 Dane Grove, Cheadle, aged 33, has ben charged with assault in Cheadle on September 1. He pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to carry out supervised unpaid work for 100 hours and to pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. Ashfaq Khan, of Greenway, clay Lake, Endon, aged 31, has been charged with inflicting malicious grievous bodily harm in Norton and damaging a BMW in Brown Edge on November 23. He has ben sent for trial to Stoke-on-Trent Crown court on March 3 and granted conditional bail. Ondrey Gazi and Lubonira Mizigarova, of Fountain Street, Leek, have been charged with being the parents of two children of compulsory school age who failed to attend school between May 8 and July 19. They have been found guilty and fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £111. Liam John Walmsley, of Flat 3, 10 Broad Street, Leek, aged 22, has been charged with breaking the terms of a non-molestation order in Leek on November 22. He pleaded guilty and has been fined £110, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85. Shaun Robert cope, of 10 Tithe Barn, Alton, aged 25, has been charged with damaging a window in Tunstall on June 1. He pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to participate in Structured Thinking Programme for 60 days and attend appointments with the Responsible Officer where and when directed for two years, and to pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £200. Connor James Matthews, of 4 Birch rove, Forsbrook, aged 18, has been charged with driving through a red light in Blythe Bridge on February 27. He has been fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £60 and his driving licence has been endorsed with three points. Arthur Tafira Baker, of 25 Lomond Grove, Cheadle, aged 34, has been charged with assault in Cheadle on July 7. He has been found guilty and a warrant has been issued for his arrest without bail. Mathew Albert Peter Hardy, of 12 Grove Street, Leek, aged 28, has been charged with assault in Leek on September 1. He has been remanded on conditional bail until December 17 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Pamela Mary Davey, of Flat 43, Rowan Court, Mayfield Drive, Blythe Bridge, aged 55, has been charged with being the owner of a dog which while dangerously out of control injured another person in Blythe Bridge on June 23 and failing to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme on November 25.

She has been remanded on unconditional bail until January 9 when she is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Vimalathasan Sinnathurai, of Johnstone Avenue, Werrington, aged 33, has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman over the age of 16 in Werrington on August 2. He pleaded not guilty and has been remanded on conditional bail until January 31 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Jamie Scott Dunn-Fox, of apartment 8, Salisbury House, Salisbury Street, Leek, aged 27, has been charged with threatening that damage by fire would be caused to another person's van between October 10 and October 25 and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to another person on October 25 in Leek. He pleaded not guilty and has been remanded on conditional bail until February 12 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. George William Brayford, of 7 Adamthwaite Drive, Blythe Bridge, aged 72, has been charged with breaking the terms of a restraining order in Blythe Brdige on November 1. He pleaded guilty and has been remanded on conditional bail until February 6 when he is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Kieran Birchall, of 35 Sneyd Street, Leek, aged 22, has been charged with threatening a police officer in Hanley on November 3 while subject of a suspended sentence. He pleaded guilty and has been remanded on unconditional bail and committed to Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court for sentence on December 13. The case of Timothy George Walker, of 8 Broad Street, Leek, aged 28, who was charged with assault and damaging a blackberry mobile phone in Leek on September 8 has been dismissed. Francis Jean Harrison, of 12 Barley Road, Ipstones, aged 61, has been charged with driving a Ford Fiesta while over the drink drive limit in Cheadle on August 14. She pleaded not guilty and has been remanded on unconditional bail until January 21 when she is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court. Claire Margaret Bould, of 54 Wardle Crescent, Leek, aged 26, has been charged with breaking her bail conditions in Stoke-on-Trent on November 23. She admitted the breach and has been re-admitted to conditional bail until her sentencing at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on January 6. Daniel Philip Clarke, of 1 Greenacres Avenue, Blythe Bridge, aged 36, has been charged with assault and using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour in Stoke-on-Trent on September 7. He pleaded not guilty and has been found guilty and fined £896, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and compensation of £100 and court costs of £620. Nathan Liam Campbell, of 27 Field Street, Leek, aged 25, has been charged with stealing alcohol from Co-op in Leek on November 14. A warrant has been issued for his arrest without bail. Linzi Jade Holdham, of 71 Prince Charles Avenue, Leek, aged 42, has been charged with producing cannabis in Leek between May 1 and August 4 and being in possession of cannabis on August 3 in Leek. She pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to carry out unpaid supervised work for 50 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £180. Amanda Jane Lloyd, of 34 Hardy Close, Cheadle, aged 41, has been charged with assault in Cheadle on June 4 and 5, to which she pleaded not guilty, and breaking a bail condition on November 25, which she admits. She has been remanded on conditional bail until December 17 when she is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
