OFFICERS are appealing to hear from anyone in Cheadle who has had unexplained damage caused to their property recently.
The bid for information comes following an incident at around 1.25am on Saturday 22 March when a black Toyota Avensis was in collision with a wall in Ness Grove at the junction with Windermere Way in Cheadle.
A 19-year-old man from Cheadle was arrested on suspicion of taking the vehicle without the owners consent and drink driving.
He remains on bail pending further inquiries.
