YOUNGSTERS have been getting creative for a colouring competition hosted by a post office.

Westwood Post Office celebrated its first Christmas by hosting a ‘late night’ shopping event.

The festive event also saw a visit by Leek Town Mayor John Fisher, while staff at the post office served up mince pies.

Mr Fisher was asked to judge and announce the winners of a colouring competition which sub-postmistress Chris Birch had organised and saw many children from Westwood First School enter.
