Meanwhile, Moorlands students also got together to celebrate black belt and other awards at PUMA’s 29th presentation evening, held at the Oasis Centre in Swindon.

It was a special occasion to celebrate and congratulate the students who have trained over four years for the honour of a PUMA black belt.

The chairman of PUMA, Master Ray Gayle 8th Degree, congratulated everyone and presented them with their belts.

He also honoured Paul Wedgwood with the best male colour belt award.

Leek’s Jacob Bode provided some of the entertainment by demonstrating his sparring skills.

Successful PUMA/New Century Taekwon-Do students were: Jacob Bode (promoted to 2nd Degree).

Paul Wedgwood (promoted to 1st Degree and top male colourbelt award).

Gary King (promoted to 1st Degree).

Helen Craven (promoted to 1st Degree).
