CHEADLE Town returned to winning form in the Premier Division form last Wednesday night, registering a 3-2 success away to AFC Hanley Town.

Jake Alcock, Charlie Goldstraw and Harry Smith scored for the visitors and Hanley replied through Shaun Hancock and Michael Moreton.

Nick Ward scored the only goal of a keenly-fought game for visitors Uttoxeter Town at Alsager, hitting the target in the 70th minute.

Florence went ahead through Matt Talbot after 11 minutes at Kidsgrove Athletic, but an own goal in the 90th minute saw the points shared.

In Division One, Billy Horton scored twice for Knypersley Victoria at home to Foley and Tom McFadden made it 3-0 at the break. Marion Martin pulled a goal back for the visitors.

League leaders Stapenhill went ahead through Scott Walkman at home to Ashbourne and Jordan Stephens added a second goal from the penalty spot.

Walkman made it 3-0 three with his second goal after the break. Charles Mann netted twice for Ashbourne to reduce the deficit before the final whistle.
