THE entire programme of matches in the Staffordshire County |Senior League was washed out by last week's stormy weather.

However, two Staffs FA matches somehow managed to survive the deluge.

Cheadle SMU lost their semi-final home clash with Sikh Hunters 3-1 at Thorley Drive.

Narinda Sandu (2) and Colin Smith netted for the visitors from the West Midlands and Mitchell Finney replied for Cheadle.

Silverdale go into the next round after beating Castlecroft 4-1.

Jarod Batkin (2) Nick Jones and Alex Robson hit the target Silverdale and Mick Guist replied.
