Pupils from a Leek school have been learning all about fairtrade.

Youngsters from St Mary's Academy in Cruso Street visited the town's Sainsbury's store accompanied by their teachers.

The pupils met with Leek Town Mayor John Fisher and learned about Fairtrade items on offer at the store.

The visit was part of the national Fairtrade Fortnight celebrations.
