LEEK Town goalkeeper Daniel Lloyd-Weston has left Harrison Park for league rivals Market Drayton Town, in a bid to secure more regular games.
Lloyd-Weston, who had been vying all season with Danny Roberts for the No 1 jersey, initially lost his place in the side in early November when he underwent dental surgery.
However, when Roberts was listed at his own request earlier this year, Lloyd-Weston regained his place in the side – only to lose it again when he opted for trials at a couple of Football League clubs.
Whilst Lloyd-Weston was away, Ben Chapman returned to the club from Airbus UK, keeping his rival out of the side once again.
