CHEADLE United will be hoping youth in on their side when they face Birches Head Veterans in the quarter-finals of the Potteries & District Sunday League Subsidiary Cup this weekend.

United have produced a mixed bag of results so far this season in the Perfect Pizza Longton Division One, having taken 19 points from 13 games.

Blythe Bridge Town have an opportunity to move up into a mid-table position in the Longton Trophy Premier Division by beating opponents Adderley Green Workingmen's Club.
