Do you want a new pub and restaurant to be built in Leek?

We’ve revealed that a planning application has been submitted for a new pub and restaurant to be built at one of the main access point into Leek.

Marston's Inns & Taverns have submitted the application for the site, which is opposite Macclesfield Road, to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council. The new two-storey business would create 50 jobs and be built on part of the Sainsbury's Churnet Works site.

With so many changes going on in Leek, including improvements in the town centre, Waitrose taking over the former Co-op store in Buxton Road and a new Premier Inn being built in Ashbourne Road, we want to know what you think to this latest proposal.
