Ricky David Fowell, of 2 Foxfield Close, Cheadle, aged 19, has been charged with assault in Cheadle on December 7, 2013. He pleaded guilty and has been made subject to a community order to carry out supervised unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months and he must pay £85 court costs.

Paul Rymell, of Flat 3, Bank House, 43 Bank Street, Cheadle, aged 43, has been charged with being drunk and disorderly in public in Cheadle on December 12, 2013. He pleaded guilty and has been fined £35, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Darren Reginald Kirkland, of 173 Stallington Road, Blythe Bridge, aged 41, has been charged with assault in Blythe Bridge on December 31, 2013. He pleaded guilty and has been fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Gareth Gratton, of 11 Shelsley Road, Cheadle, aged 34, has been charged with damaging a Seat Leon valued £200 and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another in Cheadle on November 27, 2013. He pleaded guilty to both charges and has been given a community order to carry out supervised unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months and to pay compensation of £200 and a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85.

Marie Ann Hughes, of 31 Clerk Bank, leek, aged 54, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another in Leek on October 27. She pleaded guilty and has been discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £85.

Andrew Ewart Hall, of Top House Farm, Longnor, aged 37, has been charged with driving a Fiat Scudo while over the drink drive limit on December 10, 2013.

He pleaded guilty and has been fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and has been disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Maximillian Piers Yapp, of Taylors Barn Farm, Horton, Leek, aged 21, has been charged with driving a Renault Megane on the A523 Cheadle Road in Leek while over the drink drive limit on December 7, 2013.

He pleaded guilty and has been fined £125, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

Gemma Ann Jackson, of 2 Dolespring Close, Forsbrook, aged 19, has been charged with two counts of assault, one of which was racially aggravated, and damaging a car in Forsbrook on May 17, 2013. She pleaded guilty to all charges and has been given a community order to attend appointments with the responsible officer as directed for 12 months and to pay a total compensation of £747.50, a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85.

Sandra Bould, of 33 Queen's Drive, Leek, aged 28, has been charged with harassment between April 12, 2013, and May 8, 2013, in Leek.

She pleaded guilty and has been discharged conditionally for 12 months and made subject of a restraining order until January 9 2015 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £85.

Arthur Tafira Baker, of 25 Lomond Grove, Cheadle, aged 34, has been charged with assault in Cheadle on July 7, 2013, and failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme on November 28, 2013. He pleaded guilty and has been given a community order to participate in Accredited programme for 60 days and attend appointments with the responsible officer as directed for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £620.

Pamela Mary Davey, of flat 43, Rowan Court, Blythe Bridge, aged 55, has been charged with being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control which injured another person in Blythe Bridge on June 23, 2013, and failing to surrender to custody at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. on Novebmer 25, 2013.

She has been remanded on unconditional bail until January 31 when she is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

Robert Alan Shaw, of Flat 4 Brunswick Mill, Leek, aged 30, has been charged with damaging a window worth £180, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer in Leek, on November 25, 2013. He has also been charged with stealing meat on December 14, 2013, in Leek. He has also been charged with breaching the terms of a conditional discharge order. He has been sent to trial at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on May 2 and remanded on conditional bail for the first three charges, and he pleaded guilty to the fourth charge, for which he has been fined £90, ordered to pay compensation of £12 and a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Matthew Thomas Jukes, of 59 Cheadle Road, Tean, aged 30, has been charged with travelling on a railway journey between Crewe and Stoke without paying for a ticket on November 16, 2013.

He pleaded guilty and has been given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £6.70 and a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £40.

Robert Paul Finney, of 18 The Green, Cheadle, aged 42, has been charged with threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person in Cheadle on December 21 2013. He pleaded guilty and has been given a conditional discharge for 24 months and ordered to pay a conditional discharge of £15 and court costs of £85.
