A MOORLANDS village hall has launched a brand new website.
Committee members for Kingsley Village Hall, near Cheadle, have recently started up a new website which the community can use for information and bookings.
And it has already attracted several bookings for parties and events.
Committee chairman Martyn Hordern said: "The village hall is run by a small, but dedicated group of friends and we are delighted to see it go from strength to strength.
"We already have regular yoga classes, Slimming World groups, Guides and a mother and toddler group using the hall and the village Post Office is held there twice a week."
Future events include an opening evening on Friday, November 22, and a Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 7.
Mr Hordern said: "The committee is a small, informal group meeting every two or three months and we are always looking for people to join us.
“Our treasurer is leaving us this autumn so we'd be delighted to hear from anyone who could help us out."
If you would like to get involved to help run the 60-seat capacity hall, contact Mr Hordern or secretary Sue Hordern on 01538 750657 or at email@example.com
The new website can be found at kingsleyvillagehall.org.uk The hall has been in existence for many years dating back to before the First World War.
It started out as the Reading Rooms but of late has been a village hall for use by the local community.
