A picturesque addition has arrived at Leek's weekly market.

Oxeye Daisy is a new stall at the event on Wednesdays, selling a variety of plants.

Business owner Helen Lambeth has been using her 'garden shed' idea to help promote her wares for the past year at a number of markets within the region.

Helen, who lives in Sandbach, was recommended to join Leek's weekly market by a current trader in the town.

Helen, who brought her display to Leek's market for a second week last Wednesday, said: "It's gone really well in Leek and I will keep coming back.

"Everyone keeps asking how do I get the garden shed up - I bring it on it's own trailer.

"I thought of the idea around about a year ago. I wanted something to elaborate what I sell.

"I also wanted something different that would get noticed.

"It has an all-round feel good factor to it which makes everyone feel chirpier."
