A popular band will be performing at a scenic tourist spot this weekend.

The energetic One Million Fingers will be at Tittesworth Reservoir on Sunday (August 31) playing tunes outside the site's Visitor Centre in the afternoon.

The event is also set to include a barbecue which will be on offer from 12.30pm, while the band will pay from 1pm until 4pm.

Severn Trent Water ranger, Sarah Mountford, said: "This weekend we are celebrating summer with the live band 'One Million Fingers' and a barbecue.

"We are inviting visitors to come along and join the party. If you like a treat on a trip out, our cafe is open from 10am until 6pm and has delicious food and yummy homemade cakes, which are perfect for afternoon tea.

"There are also stunning walks around the reservoir, with our short 1.5 mile trail providing some spectacular views across to the Roaches.

"Tittesworth is teeming with wildlife, birds and butterflies, so children can learn about the environment as they explore."

The concert on Sunday will be free of charge, although normal parking fees at Tittesworth Reservoir will apply.
