Darts fans will have the opportunity to share the oche with local legend Andy 'The Hammer' Hamilton at a village fund-raiser.
The Rose & Crown in Stockton Brook will be the venue for the event in support of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
Pub owner Michael Mottram has arranged a special event at the pub on Wednesday, April 16, which will include a demonstration from the PDC contender as well as an auction and raffle for some of Andy's memorabilia, including a signed shirt.
Attendees then can also give a donation, which will go to Dougie Mac, to play a game against Hamilton.
Michael is holding the event in memory of his wife Lynne for the second year running.
He said: "My wife was cared for by the hospice and this is my opportunity to say thank you for the care she received.
"While she was at the hospice she was pain-free, which is all you can ask for when your loved one is suffering.
"I have got to know Andy Hamilton over time and he approached me about doing this night."
Liz Clarke, Head of Fund-raising at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, said: "All monies raised will help the Hospice continue to care for local people of North Staffordshire facing a life limiting illness."
