ASHCOMBE Park clawed their way back to the top of division one, outdoing rivals Dyers III by a point to head the table by virtue of having won one game more.

All Ashcombe have to do is match Dyers' score in the final fixture to lift the trophy for the first time.

Butchers Arms confirmed third spot with a final home victory over Dyers IV.
