BLUES completed the signing of last season's leading scorer Jordan Johnson last week, after receiving international clearance from the FA of Wales in time for the away fixture at Market Drayton.

Defenders Paul Donnelly and Ryan Dicker both missed the trip to Goole on Saturday due to work commitments, but Donnelly returned to the squad for the home game against Stafford Rangers on Bank Holiday Monday. Dicker won't be available until next weekend.

MIDFIELDER Sean Kinsella has had the plaster removed from his injured ankle and took part in the warm-up session at Goole on Saturday. He is expected to be available for selection in three weeks' time.

Meanwhile, boss Lee Casswell is not pursuing his interest in young winger Isaac Cooper, while Rhys Thompson is getting games under his belt at Hanley Town.
