Witnesses sought after cars broken into

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after several cars have been broken into.

Overnight on Sunday and Monday June 15 and 16 a van was broken into at Ashbourne Road, Cheadle.

A quantity of tools were taken including a Dewalt hammer drill.

A police spokesman said due to the quantity of tools taken the thieves would need a vehicle.

A lap top and an iPad have also been taken from a vehicle parked in Elm Drive in Cheadle during the same time.

Overnight on Friday June 13 and Saturday June 14 a lap top and iPad were also taken from a vehicle in Ash Bank Road, Werrington.

Police have received reports of a Catalytic Converter being stolen form a Toyota Hilux in Uttoxeter Road, Draycott.

Anyone with information on any of the incidents are asked to contact Staffordshire Police on their 101 number. Alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously 0800 555 111.
