Have you seen off-roader bike in Leek?

MEMBERS of the public are being asked by police to keep their eyes peeled for a stolen off-road motor bike being driven around a large housing estate.

On Monday, April 28, officers were informed of the theft of a red and white Honda 450 motorbike which had been taken from Haregate Road, Leek.

Now officers are asking anyone who sees the machine being ridden around the Haregate Estate to call them immediately.

Police are also seeking witnesses to a number of burglaries across the Staffordshire Moorlands.

During the evening of Saturday, April 19, and Monday, April 21, thieves forced their way in to a stock room at the Swythamley and Heaton Centre.

Stolen in the raid at the premises was a quantity of alcohol and camera equipment.

A raid has also take place at a property in the Rue Hill area of Cauldon Lowe, where a quantity of tools and a chainsaw have been stolen from a garage of a dwelling.

It is believed the items could have been stolen between Sunday, April 6, and Sunday, April 13.

A ride-on lawnmower has been stolen from outbuildings of a property in Hollinsclough.

The incident was report to police on Tuesday, April 22.
