POLICE are appealing for witnesses following three burglaries.
Between Saturday. March 15, and Monday. March 17, a property in West Street, Leek was raided when thieves forced entry through the back door.
A 42 inch Sony television and a black PS3 were stolen.
The front door lock of a flat was forced open at a property in Sandon Street, Leek.
Police said that the offence took place when the property was left on Wednesday, March 12, and when the occupiers returned on Monday March 17.
A Toshiba laptop, a halogen cooker, two Panasonic stereos, a Tonka toy, vinyl records and an Ion turntable, along with a Sky Broadband router and a land line telephone, were stolen.
During the afternoon of Sunday, March 20, thieves gained entry into an insecure property at Stoney Lane, Endon. A Kindle and an iPad were taken.
Police officers are also investigating the theft of more than £2,000 worth of power tools taken from a vehicle in Thames Drive, Biddulph. The incident occurred overnight on March 16 and 17.
