Eagles await Pool response
Crystal Palace have yet to receive a response from Blackpool after confirming they have made an official approach for manager Ian Holloway.
Palace are seeking a successor to Dougie Freedman, who departed Selhurst Park to take up the vacant manager's position at Bolton last week.
A Palace club spokesman told Press Association Sport: "We have made an approach (for Holloway) but we have yet to hear anything back."
Holloway, who has managed Bristol Rovers, QPR, Plymouth and Leicester, joined Blackpool in 2009 and led the club to the Premier League after winning the Championship play-offs in 2010.
The Seasiders were relegated after just one year in the top flight but returned to the play-off final last season, where they were beaten by West Ham at Wembley.
Blackpool are currently 12th in the Championship, six points behind fourth-placed Palace.
