Supermarket staff have been getting energetic in aid of charity. Employees at Morrisons in Leek took part in a Cycle Challenge on Friday in a bid to raise cash for the Sue Ryder Charity. The 'Leek to London' challenge ran from 9am until 6pm and saw staff cycle on an exercise bike at different intervals throughout the day.

Staff wore T-shirts provided by the national charity to raise further awareness of the organisation, which provides compassionate care to people with end of life and long term needs.
