Bus Service Changes – April 2014

THE following bus service changes will take effect from Monday, April 28;

Service 32 / 32A - First Potteries, Uttoxeter to Hanley - Revised route and timetable.

Service 108 - Taxico, Ashbourne to Macclesfield – Revised route and timetable.

Service 109 - New two hourly service - Monday to Saturday - between Leek and Macclesfield, to be operated by Taxico.

Services X50/X51 - Wardle Transport, Cheadle and Uttoxeter to Hanley - Revised timetable, X51 frequency to Cheadle will be increased and X50 to Uttoxeter decreased.

The following changes will take effect from Monday, April 21.

Service 32 / 32A - First Potteries, Uttoxeter to Hanley - Revised route and timetable.

Service 94 - Bakers Coaches, Biddulph to Newcastle - Revised route and timetable.

Service 99 - Bakers Coaches, Biddulph Moor to Congleton - Revised route and timetable. 99A journeys renumbered as 99.

Revised timetables should be available on Traveline 0871 2002233 www.traveline.info two weeks before the amendment date or email publictransport@staffordshire.gov.uk for paper copies of timetables.

PRODUCERS of a TV programme are looking for couples from the Staffordshire Moorlands to feature in a new series.

Channel 4's hit TV show Come Dine with Me is coming to the Staffordshire Moorlands with a new twist. They are looking for couples to take part in the new series.

The winners at the end of the competition win £1,000 cash.

A DRIVER suffered minor injuries following a two car collision near Ipstones on Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred in Froghall Road at approximately 6.45am. It involved a red Ford Fiesta and a red Vauxhall Astra.

A police spokesman said the driver of the Ford vehicle was treated for minor injuries by paramedics.
