A TOTAL of 14 complaints have been lodged about a council's bin men in three months.
The gripes about Staffordshire Moorlands District Council's waste service were made between October and December – compared with 21 in the same period in 2012. Six of the complaints were about empty bins not being returned to the right place, with four more about missed collections. Complaints were also lodged about a bin lorry being driven too fast and a grass verge being churned up.
The council received a total of 64 complaints between October and December – with 69 in 2012.
