One of the oldest agricultural shows in the country will be taking place next week.

With nearly 200 years of history, Bakewell Show has evolved from a purely agricultural display to the diverse event it is today with something for everybody.

Always held on the first Wednesday and Thursday in the month of August, the 184th show will take place on August 6 and 7 this year with the dedicated Equestrian day on Tuesday (August 5).

The Centre Ring attraction this year will be the James Dylan Motorcycle Stunt Display Team, headed by dazzling adventurer James Dylan.
