A MULTITUDE of talent was showcased at a charity event in Leek on Saturday.

The fund-raising evening was organised by Helen Thurstan and Daniel Richards, in conjunction with Terry Rogers at The Silken Strand in St Edward Street.

For Helen and Daniel, it was the end of a month-long 'dryathlon' which saw them stay off the booze for a month in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Those who took to the stage included singers and musicians, including pianist Nathan Bowcock, from Leek.
