A SCOUT group has taken delivery of its festive decorations – in readiness for Christmas 2014.

Staff at Sainsbury's in Leek began their community work for 2014 by donating their Christmas decorations, which had been around the store, to the 4th Leek Scouts.

Sainsbury's Store manager Julie Hatton: said "We are delighted to donate these decorations to the 4th Leek Scout Group. We received great feedback from our customers on this year's decorations and it's great to ensure they have found a good home in the community.

"The store is looking forward to working with the 4th Leek Scout group in the near future."
