A CRAFT centre is re-opening its doors after a winter break with a full programme of activities and classes.

Manifold Craft Barn at Butterton, near Leek, is now offering regular workshops in jewellery making, in addition to the established pottery painting and clay work already on offer. Barn manager, Jason Renshaw, aged 46, said: "We are delighted to be working with Debbie from Lovebug Creations of Leek, who is running the monthly classes."

Other classes on offer include basket weaving, glass work and a popular weekly clay club. Manifold Craft Barn is also on the lookout for local artists and makers who would like to run their own courses or activities from the centre. Anyone who is interested can call the barn on 01538 304604 for more details.
