TWO town centre pubs will be swapping beers again this weekend.

The Joules Brewery owned The Cock in Derby Street, Leek, has, once again, teamed up with the Titanic owned The Roebuck in the same street to offer the Totally Locally focused event.

Entitled 'A Christmas Totally Locally Cock and Buck Story', the event will take place on Sunday, December 15, from 4pm.

There will be live music featuring talented local musicians including Bones & Mel, Terry James, and Dom Morgan.

The collaboration between the two pubs, which both feature in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide, will also offer hot turkey baps, mince pies, and mulled wine as well as the second beer swap between the two pubs with Joules ale in the Roebuck and Titanic ale in the Cock.

The event is running on the same day as the Christmas Totally Locally Sunday Supplement event which will run from 10.30am until 3.30pm in Leek town centre.

The festive market is set to include lots of stalls offering a range of locally produced items.

Many of the town centre independent shops will also be open during the shopping extravaganza.

The event has again been organised by the Leek Totally Locally team.
