AN ESTATE agent has handed over an early Christmas present to a local charity.

Charles Ball and his staff at Bury & Hilton in Leek have donated £500 to the Love4Leah charity.

Love4Leah was set up by Leah Powell and her family, before she sadly passed away after losing her battle with cancer in July.

So far, Love4Leah has raised more than £10,000 which has been donated to organisations which looked after Leah during her illness.
