Wind in the Willows is visiting Tean

A CLASSIC tale is to be portrayed at a village venue this weekend.

The Leek-based Lambdog Theatre Company have been presenting their version of the classic Wind In The Willows at the Foxlowe Arts Centre in Leek.

Now this coming weekend, the talented theatrical team will be at The Venue in Tean.

This new adaptation of the classic which starts Toad of Toad Hall, has been written by the company's director Patrick McConnell – whose work has been nominated for and won awards at Buxton Festival Fringe.

The Wind in the Willows will be showing at The Venue in Tean's High Street on Friday, April 25, at 7pm and Saturday, April 26 at 2.30pm.

Tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £6 for concessions and children and are available from www.fusionperformancearts.org.uk.
