ROADS to the Unexpected is the title for the next illustrated talk at the Foxlowe Arts Centre in Leek.
Taking place next Wednesday (June 18), the evening will see local author Pamela Brough-Sandiford sharing her ideas and experiences of creativity in her writing which is inspired and deeply rooted in the Staffordshire Moorlands and Leek.
Pam is a writer of ideas, where her work offers a delight in words and word-play – ranging from a light, often humorous, touch, to engagement with serious challenges. Her sharp, analytic slant provokes thought and response, causing us to think again about issues we might otherwise take for granted.
Personal reflections both on writing and motivating others to feel a sense of achievement in their own work whatever it may be, will be central to an inspiring talk. Pamela's talk at The Foxlowe Arts Centre will start at 7.30pm. Admission will be free.
