THREE music acts have been enlisted to help celebrate the grand opening of a town centre venue.
The newly named The Old Central, formerly The Leek Central Club, has re-opened with all it's ground floor rooms refurbished and the Grand Opening will take place on Friday (August 8).
Following the closure of the Leek Central Club, the Market Street venue is now being run by Seven Stars Events Limited, which is run by Terry Rogers and his uncle Peter Smith, who also run The Silken Strand Hotel in St Edward Street, Leek.
Terry and Peter are welcoming customers, old and new, to the free to enter Grand Opening of The Old Central this Friday which will include performances from talented acts: Rick Ford, Steve Giddings, and Pete Cash.
Currently open every evening and during the days of Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays for coffee and other refreshment, there is a host of events coming to the Old Central including comedy nights, and a range of music nights such as rock, soul, and eighties.
