Steve Strange will be returning to the Staffordshire Moorlands for another Blitz Music Night

An ever-growing music night in the Staffordshire Moorlands is set to play host to an eighties pop star for a second time.

Steve Strange, of Visage fame, is set to return to The Winking Man, near Leek, in October for a Blitz Music Night.

Organiser of the music nights, Anthony Grain will be presenting Electro 80s live with Steve Strange and Logan Sky.

Anthony said: "Blitz music presents the top award wining Electro 80s playing live at The Winking Man with a fantastic set recreating songs from all the top pioneers of electro music from the 80s.

"They will be supported by Steve Strange and his fellow Visage band member Logan Sky.

"This will be an exclusive set from Visage – a must for Visage fans -with an added addition to the Blitz disco Steve Strange will be joining me on the decks with Logan Sky to recreate a set list from the world famous Blitz Club days.

"This is going to be a totally unique night which has never been done before."

Electro 80s live with Steve Strange and Logan Sky will be at The Winking Man on Saturday, October 11. Tickets for this event are priced at £13.

Meanwhile, eighties music fans are invited to the next Blitz Music Night at The Winking Man on Saturday, July 5 which will feature Blondie tribute act 'Blondied'.

Anthony said: "Michelle Hendriks is back at the Blitz due to popular demand. She provides a night of very high standard live entertainment.

"There will also be the Blitz 80s Disco and coach travel from Leek will be supplied."

Tickets for the July 5 Blitz are priced at £10 (£13 to include return coach travel).
