BALL Haye Green moved two points clear at the top of the Staffordshire County Senior League Premier Division after beating Florence 3-1 away.

The Green opened the scoring in the first half through Mark Baker, but Joe Wooliscroft equalised for the hosts before the break.

Baker added his second in the second half and Mark Anderson also found the net to ensure Green collected all three points.

Cheadle Town went ahead on the half hour at AFC Leek through Rooksby but Croft levelled on 70 minutes to earn the Blues reserves a share of the points.

Lee Baggley put Uttoxeter Town ahead at home to Norton, but Matthew Kinsey equalised and then Joe Donaldson added a second for the visitors.

Martin Gadsby brought the scores level in the second half and then James Curley put Uttoxeter ahead, only for Jack Watson to put Norton level again.

Cheadle SMU scored four at home to Norton in Division One, two through Mitchell Finney and a single strike each from Pat Callaghan and Kyle Dovey. Ash Thompson replied for the visitors.

Matthew Davis opened the scoring in the first half for Cheadle Town at home to Leek CSOB in Division Two.

Harry Smith added a second after the break before Zak Brassington bagged a brace to earn the Old Boys a share of the points.

Uttoxeter Town reserves led by four goals at Stone Old Alleynians, two coming from Ollie Crooks supplemented by goal apiece from James Hornsby and Liam Dyche.

However, a late comeback by Stone saw two goals from Matthew Wood and a third from George Askey.
