If you are ready for the spine-tingling event that this year promises to be then you can expect The Sanctuary, open for appointments offering its ‘patients’ a refreshing check-up, but with a terrifying twist.
Scarefest promises to be spine-tingling experience at Alton Towers.
The travelling funhouse The Carnival of Screams also returns to disorientate and petrify guests.
The old, frightening favourite, Terror of the Towers will once again reveal its dark and horrifying secret.
If this all isn’t thrilling enough, the park will be open until 9pm allowing guests to experience more adrenalin pumping rides in the dark.
This year’s event also gives visitors the chance to ride new attraction The Smiler in the dark, giving the world’s first 14 loop roller-coaster a whole new terrifying dimension.
For the brave young visitors there’s a chance to learn how to spook people with Phil and Franklyn’s Ghoul School then meet up with the famous freaky four for more Halloween excitement.
Also remember to join Skelvin to hear his silly spooky stories and listen to Patch talk about the creepy creatures that live in Franklyn’s Freaky Farm.
Alton Towers’s Scarefest runs from October 19 until November 3, with a 9pm ride close on selected dates for those who dare to ride in the dark.
